View protein structures with this program.
MSProt is a complete program with which you can view, easily and comfortably, all types of protein structures. For this you just have to start the application and load a file with a PDB extension that contains all the information.
Via numerous shortcuts from the menu, you can see the types, atoms, amino acids and positions on the XYZ axis of each of the tiny parts that make up the final molecule.
In the upper part of the MSProt window you can see a 3D graphic of the protein structure, while at the bottom you can see tables with all the data and information.
